Ok, I did a rewind because I don’t like carrot of coconut. Enjoy! http://bakingsisters.blogspot.com/2011/04/baked-sunday-mornings-rewind-devils.html

We loved these scones! They were unique…. and not chocolate. Even a chocoholic needs a break sometimes. =)

I have to admit that I was skeptical at the outset, but now I am a carrot-coconut-citrus believer!

Good morning all :)
Mine are posted here : http://bourbonnatrixbakes.blogspot.com/2011/04/carrot-coconut-scones-for-baked-sunday.html
Didn’t think I would like them, but they turned out good. I should know better than to doubt the Baked guys :)
Have a great Sunday!

Also skeptical – I don’t love carrot and my husband doesn’t like shredded coconut. But we both liked these a lot!

I was not to eager to make these, as I am not a fan of coconut. They were pretty good though. I thought the citrus glaze tied it all together.

I did a rewind as well —
I’ve been dying to make this bread since I got the book, and neither one of us were interested in the flavors of the scones.

It’s a little after noon here, but I finally got a chance to post. I just have to say I LOVE THESE SCONES! I was very surprised at how much myself and my husband enjoyed them. I’m sure I’ll be making them again.
