Fun Cracker Jack treat…made if for our Superbowl party, and Honey loves it so we’re doing it again for her #2 birthday celebration tomorrow. The chocolate firms up slowly…it’s warm in AZ this week; makes it finger lickin’ good.

I almost skipped this week, but I’m glad I didn’t. Not my favorite sort of thing, but it was fun to make. And yeah – chocolate everywhere, no matter what. Always happens when I have melted chocolate around.

I love reading your posts and kicechng out your recipes. I kind of live vicariously through reading about all your lovely carbs. I wish I could have those things but they are trigger foods. I’ll eat a little and then go back for more and more and more. The popcorn looks and sounds very yummy. Sigh.

Yum, this was good. I placed the carmel corn in Dixie cups and took them to a dance. It made a great portion size, easy to grab and easy to wander and eat.
