This is a great pie. So many flavors and layers that work so well together. I cheated and added chocolate to this pie and it worked well for me. It was so good that I plan to bake this one again tomorrow!

I had a problem with my pudding not setting up correctly, but even so, the pie was pretty tasty!

I’m not getting my comment to work…so I’ll try again.
I really liked this pie and so did everyone who tried it. I added chocolate for a party and all the layers of flavors were exceptional. This pie is so good that it has been requested I bake it again tomorrow.

I think this pie would work great as a straight banana cream, or even coconut cream. Loved the crust. I’m not a peanut butter lover, but I can deal with it when it’s mixed with cream, powdered sugar and cream cheese!

I changed this pie (took out the bananas and made chocolate pudding) and it was awesome!

All, I decided to sit this one out because last week’s French Fridays with Dorie recipe was this decadent Double Chocolate Banana Tart: http://www.createamazingmeals.com/2012/05/this-weeks-french-fridays-with-dorie.html

and my brother is vacationing in Hawaii, so I couldn’t count on him to help me eat 2 banana pies! Your pies look & sound great, so I will definitely have to make this one up!

    Have a great week!
