I’m a week late with these coconut bars, I ran out of time last weekend, but I really wanted to make them after I saw how fabulous everyone else’s had turned out. We absolutely loved them-http://busylizzybakes.wordpress.com/2012/11/19/caramel-coconut-cluster-bars/

Dinner all the way. White or yellow, as long as it’s stone ground grits. I’m crazy about these – they’re absolutely perfect.
