I like anything with ginger; the addition of chocolate was a nice touch. Fun to decorate or leave as is.
I also found I had to thicken the icing more than the recipe said.
Not as successful with these my second time through (this week), so I’m posting photos and thoughts from my first endeavor two years ago. If they turn out, these are wonderful… If not, they’re unfortunate!
