I didn’t bake this week. These tarts look like they were good. Hope everyone had success with them!

All the tarts look so good! Love Key Lime Pie but sitting this one out. But will most definitely give this a try down the road! Looks insanely good!

We’re moving this week, so in the interest of not having to pack up some of the pumpkin I’ve hoarded (and not having to buy any new ingredients), I went rogue and made the pumpkin loaf from the first book… :)

I was excited about this recipe, but when I read they included tequila, I’m not too upset I’m sitting things out. I adore key lime pie, but it doesn’t need to taste like a margarita to me. Blech. Nice job, everyone!

Et voilĂ – just made it! OMG, I *loved* these, despite the crust frustrations! These are really special little tarts– can’t wait to make them again, but I definitely need to find tartlet pans with removable bottoms!
