Do you think these cookies are even better than s’mores by the campfire?

These were quite good – love the flavor – but I needed to bake a second batch and de-construct them a bit. You’ll see the more successful result in the blog (now on my new Neufangled Desserts website! Yay!). I was reassured by the fact that Molly Marzalek-Kelly. who invented these cookies, told me herself that the melting marshmallows in the dough, as the cookies bake, can prove troublesome!

Hi Nicole – I tried a couple times to comment on your blog – not sure if it’s just me, but it wouldn’t let me leave one.

I thought these were going to be a home run but my first batch turned out terrible. Thanks to Mark, I tried again and now have a batch I’m happy with.

Not the prettiest things around but certainly one of the tastiest!

I wasn’t thrilled initially, but everyone I served them to loved them. Had the same issues as Mark with the marshmallow melting all over the place.

These were kinda “meh” in my opinion, but I’d try them again to see if I messed something up! :)

Those melted bits of marshmallow are as delicious as they are unsightly!

Not my favorite, but my coworkers sure loved them! I wish the chocolate chips had melted as much as the marshmallows when I baked them for a real s’more experience!
