Yum. This is by far the best way to eat brioche, unless it’s covered in caramelized sugar. Although I really love making brioche. I made lemon ice cream to go with mine.

This was such a fun baking project!! I really enjoyed how the brioche came out, and made a party of it to make sure I wasn’t the only one eating them all!
Despite some brioche issues, I loved these! The Brown Sugar Praline Ice Cream was the star for me– OMG! :)
