Here is the recipe I said I’d share. It is one of my favourites (along with this Baked one of course). It is different as you microwave the bananas and then reduce the liquid from the bananas. Loved this recipe. Super easy and also easy to devour by yourself within days. Haha! I made this last Wednesday, when I was off from work due to snow. It was a perfect recipe for a snow day!
