I’ll stick with lemon meringue pie which has much better texture, is prettier, and also has better flavor. Interesting to try, and it is fun to try new recipes…sometimes a new recipe becomes a favorite, but for this one, once is enough.

Couldn’t do it, so I went rogue. After making croissants, I couldn’t do any more pastry.

I like this more than a lemon meringue pie (I’m not a huge meringue fan), but it’s a touch more labor-intensive. I liked it a lot!

Despite my inability to make a pie without a soggy bottom crust, I thought that this pie was surprisingly delightful!

I had made four batches of rolled cookie dough prior to this week, so I decided to take a break from rolling dough! I am instead focusing on some fun St. Patrick’s Day recipes, and I went very rogue this week. I’m finishing up and hope to post in the next couple of hours!

I really think this is the best crust ever – it’s so easy to work with and it bakes up nice & flaky!
