   it was my roommate’s birthday and i made her request (i told her it HAD to be from the book)–the mississippi mud pie. absolutely delicious and easy and should be on the schedule. SO sorry i am inconsistent!

   Hey – I made it, but we ate it all before I could take a picture :)
   It was easy and super delicious. My first time making 7 minute frosting.
