I loved these! I’ll be adding them to my Christmas cookie line-up. I could have eaten them all by myself but my husband wouldn’t let me – he loved them, too.

The caramel over powered everything. Not a bad thing but not a Samoa ether.

Shoot! My husband just left with my camera and all of my pictures. I doubt he’ll be back for me to get my blog post up before they are posted. I’ll add my link in the comments later tonight.

I thought these were OK. I don’t know if I’d make them as is again.

No problem, Linda – I’ll do the roundup tonight so you still have time.

These presented another trial for me in some regards, but they’re pretty good – very sweet!

Good, but not perfect. I didn’t get a chance to try again but love the pre-post conversation on caramel! BSM bakers rock.

I thought these were really good. A little too sweet and heavy on the caramel side for my taste, and I’d like the shortbread to be more prominent, but it all depends on your taste buds! I have also made them into a tart that I hope to have finished by the end of the day, but here’s my post of just the bars for now…

Oh man, I’m running late again! http://stellinasweets.com/2012/11/11/baked-sunday-mornings-caramel-coconut-cluster-bars/

You win some, you lose some– my caramel was fabulous, but the shortbread still needs work… Can’t wait to see what you guys came up with on this one!

      Dafna,

I baked my shortbread for 25 minutes, I don’t know why but I didn’t have any trouble with it like others did.
