I wish I could say I liked this cake, but I didn’t think the cake and frosting matched well together at all:

We really liked this one, but we also love cinnamon-chocolate combos!

Phew! I feel like I’m finally back on track with this cake after a few weeks of somewhat unpleasant Baked recipes beginning the new year. Liked this cake a lot. The combination of chocolate, sour cream, and spice is always a winner.

Sunday Night Cake made a great Saturday Night Cake…especially with its super delicious chocolate puddinglike frosting…I made extra so we could pile it over every slice. YUM!

We really liked this one. It was easy, fast and yummy. Did without the chocolate frosting. See post for more details.

Loved the cake, but the frosting was way too chocolatey for me!

Very chocolatey frosting! I added vanilla to the cake and the frosting, and put some Kahlua Creamer in the frosting based on Liz’s suggestions! :)
