Good news… not to assume you are calorie conscious like me (LOL), but when I put the recipe into My Fitness Pal, it worked about to about 132 calories per cookie, which isn’t a ton! :-)
Really liked the flavor, but mine spread way too much and got crispier than I would have liked. Probably had something to do with my rushing around and not chilling the dough fully :)
I like this recipe, but have had problems with it each time I’ve made it. I made a few adjustments and yielded some ‘better’ snickerdoodles this time around. The nutty brown butter taste gets lost among the cinnamon, but these are still tasty treats!
