I went rogue and made Tomato Soup Cupcakes with Mascarpone Frosting from Baked Explorations: http://www.createamazingmeals.com/2013/10/baked-sunday-mornings-tomato-soup.html

Really enjoyed them. Love pumpkin and these were a nice way to kick off the fall!

I ( and the rest of my tasters!) thought they were really , really yummy, from crust to topping! Definitely a go-again for me!

Okay, it must be the day for ghoulies in the machine. I couldn’t comment on your blog directly because it kept asking me for the correct password!

I don’t like pumpkin very much, either, that’s why I decided to go rogue this week. At least your husband enjoyed them! And, they look good despite the trouble you had with them.

Sorry for the issues with the site yesterday… a rogue plug-in decided to get a little over-agressive with spam protection and wouldn’t let anyone comment!
