I made this, but obviously didn’t prep my pan well and ended up with the world’s ugliest cake. Tasty, though!

I don’t like malt either! I was seriously beginning to think I was demented… glad to know I’m in good company! I just don’t get it! LOL

It was a good cake that got better with age, but I honestly felt it needed more *punch* of flavor, whether it was malt or vanilla. Not my favorite of Baked’s Bundt cakes, but not bad either. Just kinda so-so.
