This one was a true trial. Those caramelized bananas. Ugh. My goodness. In the process of making this, I burned my hand on a sheet pan and endured a grainy caramel as well. Just not a successful day in the kitchen, though my end result – with some tweaks – was pretty. I still don’t like raw banana!

Agree with Christine that the ganache overpowered the bananas. I love Baked. But I can’t wait to be done with Explorations and on to Occasions.
