These were just okay for me. I think I’m losing my touch with Baked’s recipes these days. I suspect a little bit of over-baking may have happened with these, as they were dry (including the filling). I don’t think the white chocolate was necessary either, and the chocolate needs vanilla extract – or something. Just okay…

Fun to make, but I’m not a cheesecake fan (gasp)…

I liked these a lot! Made 24 standard size muffins and I still had batter leftover for a few small muffins in which I hid a caramel since I was out of filling. Not feeling photographically inspired, so I won’t be blogging about these.
