You all did such a great job! I’m thinking of making these up instead of the pumpkin rolls. It’s funny how we all have things we’re not that fond of – or are grossed out by – yes, Dafna, Sheri & Mark, I’m talkin’ to you! Pumpkin is just not one of my favorite flavors. My “Elements” book would definitely have a chapter on coconut!
