Welcome, Hannah! Wow, you’re our second baker from Israel. And I was born there, so that makes three. :) Looking forward to reading more of your posts!
Hey gang! I had a total mess when I first made these, but I tried them again and they came out beautifully. I won’t be able to write and post my blog until later tonight… is that okay? Please plug me into the roundup!
These definitely take some work (that sticky dough is a pain!), but in the end – and with persistence and patience – these have a nice pay-off. Still not sure I would make them again for a while. They are very good, though.

We loved them, but that’s not fair seeing as I’ve been making these pumpkin cinnamon rolls for two years now…
I like to make the dough and assemble the rolls the night a before.

I really like these. I am now on my third batch of them. Make two batches today for the freezer. Great to have on hand for emergencies. :)

Very good, thought the dough seemed to be a bit too soft and I had to use a lot of flour to roll it out. The flavor is wonderful!

I made a hybrid of BAKED’s recipe and Smitten Kitchen’s adaptation with BROWN BUTTER! Not perfect, but I totally loved them. :)

Yes, sticky dough, but so forgiving. And won’t shut up about my dislike of all things pumpkin. But Larry liked them!
