I absolutely love this cake. I’m a chocolate-mint fanatic, so I guess it stands to reason! I love making it at the holidays, and it’s always a hit. Happy Holidays, fellow bakers! Wishing you the very best!

Cake was delicious (although I changed the flavor of the filling and frosting since we aren’t mint fans).

I enjoyed reading your experiences – had no time to participate this time though my husband loves the chocolate-mint combo.

I hope to join you for the next mission.

Me, either, Hannah. But everyone’s cakes look lovely. I definitely need to add this to my make-up list! Have a wonderful New Year!

This is a nice looking cake. As I gave it away, I have no idea how it tastes (but am hoping it’s good).

I know this is the same cake as the grasshopper cake, but for some reason I liked it much better… Yum!!

LOVED it. I’ve been intimidated by Baked’s multi-layer cakes for awhile, and I feel this was a good initiation. Can’t wait to make it again!

Oh my, this cake. So dreamy. :) I’ve still got some process shots to add tonight, but this will work for now…

Hey… So I had a thought. Some of us have been wanting to bake through Baked Frontiers, and I have an idea as to how we could do that. Would anyone be interested in doing a holiday treat exchange amongst BSM? It could be like a Secret Santa sort of thing, and everyone bakes something from Baked Frontiers for their special person. (Obviously not all treats will ship well, so some recipes won’t be able to be included…) I imagine it’s too late this year for Christmas/Chanukah, but we could do it for Valentine’s Day. (Or at least start with Valentine’s, and move to December holidays next winter.) I would be happy to organize (though would welcome some help if anyone feels like it), and we could do a blog round-up of what everyone sent/received. Would y’all be interested??
