Had no time to look for yam powder so baked the Burnt Sugar Bundt Cake from Baked Exploration instead.
Will enjoy looking at everybody’s Gonzo Cakes tomorrow.

I’m going to have to make this one up! Even though I bought the Ube, it was so hot & humid here all weekend that I wasn’t about to turn the oven on. All your cakes & cupcakes are so pretty – I think this would be a lovely cake for Mother’s Day!
