Hi Jordan – I’ve made cupcakes out of a bunch of the Baked cakes, and they usually turn out well. It takes some guesswork to get the timing right, but I’d start checking them at 20 minutes. It should make around 3 dozen cupcakes (fill them 3/4 to the top with batter), and the recipe as-is should make enough frosting.
Any tips or necessary recipe changes when making this cake into cupcakes? Thanks!
