Never found the time to make these – after NY I worked back to back 10 hours days followed by a wedding yesterday and charity 5k in the wee hours of this morning. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s cupcakes! :)

I won’t be able to post until a little later, more than likely. I did a frosting variation, which has not worked out super well…

Love these-my coworkers did as well. I hope everyone had fun in NYC. I am excited to see the upcoming Occasions schedule.

This is a great all-purpose chocolate cupcake recipe. Between these and the upcoming Red Wine Chocolate Cupcakes in “Occasions”, I’d say Baked has provided us with two solid chocolate cupcake recipes for our baking repertoires!

I made the chocolate frosting provided with the recipe for half of the cupcakes, and frosted the other cupcakes with a Caramel-Butterscotch Buttercream which, seriously, is to die for. SO GOOD.

Did I mention how much I miss those of you I met in NYC already???

These were really good. I have put 18 of them in the freezer, to take to work on Tuesday.
