Dafna | Stellina Sweets says November 19, 2017 at 1:22 pm I went a little rogue on my flavors. Very tasty, but UGH, chocolate tempering… http://stellinasweets.com/2017/11/19/baked-sunday-mornings-a-trio-of-truffles/
Sheri says November 19, 2017 at 1:43 pm I made a huge mess, and I’m glad these are behind me. http://www.porkcracklins.com/2017/11/honey-dark-chocolate-truffles/

Katrina | theTastiestBook says November 21, 2017 at 11:18 pm Thank you many times over! Here it is finally: https://www.thetastiestbook.com/dark-chocolate-raspberry-truffles/ I really liked these (and so did all of my family and friends). I’m rethinking my anti-chocolate tempering stance.
Michele @ queenbeebaker.net says November 19, 2017 at 6:11 pm Hi there! This is my second week participating. I was Michele and Co Decorated Sweets last week, but I just changed my blog to Queenbeebaker.net Here are my truffles! http://queenbeebaker.net/honey-and-dark-chocolate-truffles/
Littlebakerbunny says November 19, 2017 at 7:42 pm Truffles = super delicious. Tempering chocolate = the worst. http://ipso-fatto.blogspot.com/2017/11/baked-sunday-mornings-chocolate.html
Dafna | Stellina Sweets says November 19, 2017 at 11:35 pm I’m sensing a theme with this chocolate tempering business… ;-)
Michele @ queenbeebaker.net says November 21, 2017 at 2:51 am I’m excited to say that I pulled one of my truffles out of the fridge yesterday and took a bite. I got that lovely little crunch on the outside that said “yes, your chocolate was tempered”. Yay!!
Littlebakerbunny says November 21, 2017 at 9:30 am I’m not sure if there is any more satisfying feeling in the world. :)
