Since I had just made Pecan Tassies for Christmas, I decided to bake a make-up recipe ~ New York Crumb Cake ~ from before I joined Baked Sunday Mornings. I loved it!

I wasn’t particularly a fan, but then again, I don’t like pecan pie — so I think that was to be expected!

We love pecan pie at our house, so this mini-size was a hit. We loved the crust which is flavorful and flaky. One of these days I’ll catch up and be on time…but I’m getting there.
