Hi everyone…in an effort to clean out my phone of old/unwanted photos…I deleted the pics I had taken of my cookies. Fail! But I did LOVE these! I was a little worried about the texture of the filling since it had shortening, but I was delighted at the way it tasted and complimented the cookies so well. Also, I didn’t have the patience to roll these out when I made them, so I scoop/dropped them and they came out perfect. A little thicker than if I had rolled them out but equally tasty I’m sure. Hope you all liked them, these are a crowd pleaser for sure!
