    This was a bomb twice for me. I wrote up a nice blog, but I have no fudge to show for it. :( I hope you guys had better luck than I did!

    I, too, have never been a fudge fan. Fudge is usually too sweet for me – and the graininess of most homemade fudges kind of off-putting. Not so with this recipe. Loved the flavor combinations with the pecans (I don’t like walnuts – scrapped ’em!), olive oil, and fleur de sel – and it’s velvety smooth! A slightly tricky recipe, but I pulled it off… I think!

    Liked this one! Not too sweet. Perfect even without olive oil, but I really like the salt on top.
