I adore carrot cake… wish I could have made this one, but honestly, I can’t keep baking things and having them around our apartment for just Jake and I to eat, so I’m not doing Baked Sunday Mornings much anymore. I made the carrot cake into a layer cake, which came out pretty, but was not without its issues. Still, I thought it was absolutely delicious! :)
