After a long absence, I return! Not to worry though- I’ve been following you all and keeping up to date with recipes, just not photographing or posting.
    These are delish!

I did bake them. I thought they were okay. Put the unbaked dough in the freezer. Will try them again.
I didn’t post. Was a crazy work week.

I am in the airport✈ waiting for the flight to NYC

I didn’t have time to finish my post because I’m happily seeking out NYC’s best pastries this weekend, so I’ll come back to it later, but here’s what I managed to scrape together for now:

Not a huge fan of the traditional pumpkin cookies, but these were not bad. I liked the idea of white chocolate in place of the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Will give that a try next time.

This was the very first recipe I made out of “Baked Elements”, and I blogged about it… two years ago! Saved it in my Word Press drafts and am happy to post it finally today. I love these. Yummy. So good with a cup of coffee!

I will see some of you VERY SHORTLY in NYC! Our flight leaves early tomorrow (I will be so tired when I first meet you, probably)! For those of you who will not be there, you will be in spirit and we will miss you! We’ll snap lots of pictures! Safe travels, all!

Hey folks! I’ve been stealthily following this blog for a year, and was finally able to post! Loved these cookies. I used applesauce instead of pumpkin puree because I have too many apples from apple picking last week!
